Well my daughter is only 4 months old and we're on our second one of these wrecked things. The sound has died randomly on both of them. The swing itself reduces to barely moving. Then poof one day it just doesn't work. We're not hard on it. She's not in the swing all day. It stays pretty much in the same spot and is well looked after. It still died again. And now since I have no receipt for this one since I already had to return it receipt-less once (it was a gift) I'm stuck with a broken baby swing and no money/return option (since I certainly don't want to just exchange this again) for a new one. Sweet.

So the first one i purchased the sound went out the second one i purchased the swing just did not glide when baby was in it by far the worst purchase I've ever made guess i should. have read the reviews there should definitely be a recall on these wing

The same thing happened to me!! A week after I bought it the music broke and now 2 months into the purchase the swing barely moves. I am so upset because I was sooo looking forward to bringing this swing home! Do not buy this swing.

I purchased this swing not once but twice. First time the music stopped working after a week but it still swung so I just kept it. Then two months after purchase the swing slowed down n barley swung even on highest level. I thought maybe I had a defective swing so I just purchased a new one, who gets a defective swing twice in a row right. The music on the second swing stopped working after three days and again after two months of use the swing burned out n stopped swinging. I am now out 200 and my baby girl has no swing. A friend of mine also purchased one for her son and it did the exact same. Please don't purchase if you do just know it will burn out QUICK. Not worth the money.I am so disappointed and frustrated.

Fell out of love with it once I got it home...

I really wanted the glider for my son. I love how smoothly it moved in the store and thought he would like it vs. the bouncer I purchased. He seems to like it but as for me... I feel out of love with it once I put it together and used it the first time. There are two things I think are wrong/problematic with the glider. First, the constant clicking sound it makes when the motor is on. I called the 800 number to make sure I didn't have a defective glider and they confirmed it will make the clicking sound. Bummer... It's loud enough to hear it over the tv and I didn't want to turn the tv up and wake him once he had fallen asleep. The second issue is with the sound. Its far too low and the clicking sound makes matters worst in that you can barely hear it over the constant clicking making the sound feature pointless. Despite these two flaws it is a well built product and my son enjoys it so I guess I will not use the sound feature and will have to learn to ignore the constant clicking.
