Plug for charger broke on box

Love these but due to using it alot on and off the charger the charger part fell back into the box and now you can't charge it anymore. Only had it for alittle over a year. Kinda disappointed. If it wasn't for that I'd still be recommending this to friends and family.

So upset with this purchase

I bought this monitor because it was recommended by a friend. I am regretting it very much. I have found that I can not use it for more than half an hour at a time, because it begins to beep stating low battery. The parent unit is plugged in constantly, so that is impossible! I am so angry for having purchased this useless thing, because now I have to spend even more money to get a monitor that actually works.

Monitor constantly looses connection! My poor lil guy is on the other side of the house and several times now I have woken to him screaming from across the house. It will start beeping for no reason at all. I simply pick it up and put it back down and it stops. Ridiculous!!

A Good Purchase

The digital monitor is working very well. Improvement should be made on the base of the unit that has the microphone. Currently the unit is so thin that it fall on it's side very easily.

Good Monitor for the price

This monitor is a good value for the price. We have had issues with it losing signal off and on, but we think it is more an issue of our house and not the monitor. We love the intercom feature as well as the night light on top. I also really like the temperture readout on the parent monitor.

Do not buy.

The speaker is lousy. I can be in a silent room, next to the baby, and the only way to hear the baby cry is if I hold the speaker against my ear. If this didn't have the vibrate function it would be entirely useless.

I wasted $60 on this monitor expecting it to be better than my old $20 one. It isn't. In fact, it's horrible. It does tell the temperature which is great...but since the entire part about MONITORING THE BABY doesn't ever work. What's the point?! Look at the other reviews. Why hasn't Graco recalled this item? They should be sued for continuing to sell a horrible baby monitor. It works and then it just stops & you have to plug/unplug it several times. It should be reliable...especially when you pay $60 for technology that costs about $1.80 RIP OFF. STAY AWAY from anything GRACO when it comes to them selling 1990's technology that doesn't even work.

Waste of time and money

This monitor is the worst! It will stop working in the middle of the night! Many times I have woken up to hear my child screaming from across the hall, and when I look at the monitor it is on but just not working. The battery life on it is also disappointing.

This monitor is complete garbage, and a complete waste of $60! I wish I would have kept the box and returned it. It constantly cuts out and beeps, even tho I do not have a battery in the parent unit. I hate this product. I has some cheaper, better monitors with my first daughter. I guess in this case, more expensive doesn't mean better quality. Please save yourself the money and buy something else.

Words cannot express how much I hate this monitor. It constantly cuts on and off with a loud beep even when I'm just in the next room. The beeping all night makes me want to throw the thing. If it's on vibrate and my daughter cries, it shuts off with the first "Waa". I don't like that it's not wireless either. I have to plug it in everywhere I go in the house. I'm only holding on to this until I can find a new one. Then I'm kicking this thing out of my window.

Terrible purchase... So disappointed

This monitor is horrible. It loses signal or just stops working and goes silent without notifying you like it's supposed to. I have now found my child screaming in his crib 2 times with no noise from the monitor. I figured it was a fluke the first time, but obviously not. There is no point in buying a monitor that can't function to do the basic thing it's supposed to. The interference static is also bad and the range is nowhere near what it claims. I am beyond disappointed. We have liked all of our other Graco products, but after this I will never buy another one.

Very disapointing

I purchased this product because it seemed to be the best value. That is, it has the most features for the money. However, after using it for a few weeks, I wished I had gotten a different one. This moniter stops working from time to time. The receiver loses its signal for no reason and the system needs to be reset in order to start working again. Several times I've woken in the middle of the night to a very upset baby, with no idea how long she had been crying. The extra features are great, but if this monitor doen't serve it's basic purpose, what good is it?

Don't waste your time!

This monitor works, sometimes. I have had 2 already (thinking the first was just a "lemon" because it really couldn't be that bad). I have woke up to a screaming baby because my monitor stopped working, it is constantly fuzzy, sometimes it just won't work at all and it maybe, just maybe will work in about half the range it is supposed to.

Not the quality we expected

We bought this monitor before the birth of our 3rd child and it was quite a disappointment. Usually with monitors the light indicator showing noise is on the front because if you're laying in bed you can look over and see what's going on. On this monitor it's on the top and unless you have the monitor lower than you (looking right on top of it) you can't see the indicator. Also, we liked the idea of long range use but that didn't happen either. It would be nice to be able to take it into the front yard so I could watch my other children play while the baby is asleep, however, the monitor loses contact with the base constantly. I actually have to go up to the baby's room, turn the base off and back on to re-establish the connection. This is especially frustrating at night when I toss and turn wondering if once I fall asleep the monitor will stop connecting and I won't hear my child. We ended up using a different monitor, one we used with my son, that's over 2 years old but still works perfectly. Not a good purchase.

I wish I didn't purchase this

The third day of using this product the nursery unit stopped submitting sound to the parental unit. After awhile of pushing buttons, we found if you unplugged the nursery unit from the wall the unit must reset itself. This must be done every third day to stop this. Wish I would have found this out in the middle of the night when the unit decided to shut itself off. Also the parental unit beeps for no reason, occasionally with no pattern to it after a few hours of use. I understand that it beeps when it's low on battery or out of range. Our room is fifteen feet away from our nursery so there is no way it's out of range. Also we leave the unit always plugged in so there is no way it's low on battery. I wish I would have read some of these reviews before we purchased this item. I was hoping for a better monitor with the additional money we spent on this product. I wish I would have saved the receipt, I would have returned this item for a different monitor. Very disappointed in this product.

Does not work well

This monitor does not work well at all. The a/v plug that goes into the monitor does not line up or fit in properly. The monitor often loses reception and starts beeping, or just simply doesn't get reception at all. My room is not far from my daughters, and I often hear her crying down the hallway at night, and the monitor is not making a sound at all, and I don't know how long she was crying. Very upsetting. I would not recommend, not worth the money

Great, except when it goes silent

I bought this monitor around Christmas 2010 after the cheap one I was given as a gift shorted out. I love this monitor for the most part. I love knowing the temp in the baby's room and the sound is excellent, but periodically it cuts out during the middle of the night. The temp is still visible, and the display shows that it is working, but there is absolutely no sound coming through the monitor. If it were not for this one problem, I couldn't ask for a better monitor.

Not the best...

I loved this monitor for the first few months. For the past week, it's started to stop working in the middle of the night. The parent unit just goes silent. Our bedroom is next to the baby's room, so it shouldn't have too much interference! Once you hit the channel button, it seems to work again, but the channel button is on the base that goes in the baby's room, not the parent's which seems pointless. If the channel button was on the parent unit I would have 0 complaints. I love being able to know temperature of the baby's room and I like how you can turn the volume loud or pretty soft.
