We got this stroller as a shower gift for my daughter. She is now 2. The car seat was nice and fit easily in and out of the base. We are still using this stroller. We love it! My daughter was in casts for awhile due to surgeries she had to have. It was very nice to have the flip it feature it allowed us to actually put her in a stroller. My only complaint is that the stroller is very hard to open and close now. It is something in the twist button thing. It doesn't want to twist easily anymore. I put up with it but it's frustrating when you are in a hurry.

I like that I can turn the handle around know that my daughter is big enough to sit in the seat, and so that I can see her. I especially like this when she is sleeping, this helps people from touching her and lets her sleep better.
The only problem is that I have long legs and hit the wheels with my feet when I have it turned around.

I had seen a flip it style stroller overseas and had always wanted one. When I found out I was expecting, it became my goal to find one. I came upon the Graco Alano and I absolutely love it. I hate that I didn't have one for my first child and I would recommend it to anybody. I especially like the fact that I could see my baby, as well as the baby see me, when we were strolling. I would definitely purchase another.

I received the Alano FlipIt as a baby shower gift and I LOVE it! The flip it feature is so easy to use and it folds really quick and easy too. The car seat was very easy to install and the carrier is easy in, easy out. A friend of mine was in a terrible accident and had the snugride also; she had a broken hip in several places and the car was totaled but the baby didn't even have a scratch. I feel that my child is in the safest car seat available. I recommend this system to all my friends!

We registered for this Travel System before our first child was born. We had read several mixed reviews, but were confident in our ability to navigate some of the issues that others seemed to be having. After we got it, it worked very well and we had no technical issues. We really enjoy being able to "flip it" so we could have our child facing us, and the stroller folded up easily. I do not recommend trying to do either task with one hand, though. When folded, the stroller didn't take up much room, which was a key feature for us b/c we live in an apartment.
The only issue that made it hard to use was that there wasn't a double wheel on front and back. That made it harder to steer when flipped backward. Other than that, we were very happy with the product as it had all the features we were looking for and we are planning on using it with our next baby.

Great stroller

I was really excited about this stroller when I purchased it for my first child in 2010. I thought the flipping handle would be really great for outdoor fall festivals. I was definitely right! I love being able to have my child face me in crowds (I don't like people starring at my kids), as well as if they are fussy, they are happier facing me as well. The real plus is beimg able to block them from wind at places such as the beach or a windy outlet mall.

This was a great travel sysyem. I got it for my first baby. Plan on ising it again for the next. The carseat was great. Very easy to clean. The stroller was amazing. I loved the flipping handle! It made it so nice to keep an eye on my baby or for keeping her out of the sun. When the handle is flipped it can sometimes be hard to steer. But other than that amazing. I would totally buy again but i dont need to because it held up so well!

The car seat and base are fine, but the stroller is awful. The foam on the handle bar ripped in a few months, it is REALLY hard to close and open (have to use two hand and still gets stuck a lot), and its flimsy feeling. The flipping handle bar is a nice feature, but when you flip the handle so that you face baby, you hit your feet on the wheels because they stick out towards you. Good idea, but not fully thought out, do yourself a favor and spend a little more on a stroller to get something better.

We have had this product for over two years and we absolutely love it. We are one that use our stroller a few times a week. The carseat is still I. Really good shape and same with the stroller. We are planning to use these with our next baby. We would HIGHLY recommend this product!

My family and I love this travel system for its ease of use and functionality. The car seat easily clicks into and out of the base, that is already secured to the seat, with one hand. Five point safety harness secures the baby comfortably in the car seat.
The flip it system on the stroller is amazing. Just make sure little one's arms and hands are secure before changing the handle.

I bougth this one right before my baby born, I love it he was so comfy, he grow so fast so we upgrade to the SmarSeat, but we still using the stroller. I love it. All my baby features are from Graco and I feel confident of all these products

I love this stroller, easy close easy open, rides real smooth, block the shade from babies eyes. Only a couple of things that could use improvements, the handle could use more holders like another cup holder or bag holder. The seat doesn't lay flat to sleep, wish the stroller seat didn't lay at an incline and had the option to lay it flat, also there needs to be a tad bit more room for storage, I cannot fit my diaper bag in the bottom of the stroller a little to small. But all in all I really like the stroller.

I read reviews for this set while I was with child, and was very excited to recieve it for a shower gift. For a while it was great with the car seat, but now my princess has outgrown the seat! she's 5 months and 32inches long and almost 19lbs. I'm very sad I can no longer use this seat! The stroller is ok, kinda bulky when folded which I think is stupid. When you "flip it" it's kinda hard to steer (my grandma couldn't at all), and if you're not paying attention you can step on the stroller while it's in that position. I'm also not thrilled that the stroller seat can't lean all the way back for my long lady. I guess this set will do for now, but I think I would want a better set for the next baby. Mostly the car seat I am still very upset that she can't use it anymore!!!

I got this as a baby shower gift for my son, and it is the best. I love the stroller and the flip around feature is the greatest, you can flip it to keep the sun out of their face and also I could recline it all the way back when my son was very small and flip it around so that he could see me, it is a little trickier to steer at first but once you get the hang of it, it is no big deal. The only complaint I have is the placement of the cup holder, I have to remove mine when I bring it to the mall or into a store because it sticks out and gets stuck on everything, but defiantly not a major problem. My son has recently grown out of his infant seat, but I will defiantly be using the infant seat for my next child, it is very durable and easy to wash. I highly recommend this travel system to anyone.

I love the flipping feature, And the locking wheels are wonderful! The car seat is comfortable for my daughter, and the base fits securely in my back seat. I feel very safe with this product. It's also gender neutral and great for parents looking to expand their family!

Lighter than some other travel systems I've tried, and folds SO easily! The colors are fantastic and the quality is great! I am completely satisfied with our purchase and would definitely recommend! OH - AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FLIP HANDLE!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't even think about having a stroller without a flip handle now!!

We bought this set and liked it a lot. When the baby came, I found two major (for me)flaws w/the system. The first was the straps on the carseat. I had only dealt with the seat where you pull the strap between the baby's legs to tighten. This is manual in the back of the seat and can be annoying. The other is the way the seat snaps into the stroller. You need to pull two tabs over some slots to fully secure the seat. Aren't these supposed to be snap n go? however, overall it's a nice set. It rolls really nice and is relatively light. Nice pattern too.

Great Item, but car seat won't last long!

I put this item on my registry and rec'd it in the mail. It was hard to put together if you didn't read very slowly and closely. It took me about 45 mins to put it all together and it looks wonderful! There's only one small drawback: I may have misjudged how long we will actually be able to use the infant seat - it will only be good until our baby is 29 inches or 22lbs. For many this might not matter - but my husband and I (both about 6ft) were both longer than 21 inches at birth and our baby is sure to be tall as well. Again, it may not matter to many out there, but we were disappointed that we would only be able to use the infant seat for a short time. Its offered at a great price generally speaking, but that's likely why.
The toddler stroller seems like it will be a great piece, however. I do love the versatility and flexibility with the stroller and we can use that for quite some time. Just make sure you have a big enough trunk for it. Its not long/wide, but when folded it is thick and could take up your entire trunk if you have a compact car.

I have two kids & when I had my first baby four years ago, i could not find a stroller that allowed me to see my baby (unless I spent a LOT of money). Now with this one, I can see my baby when i need to (and its easy to do!). It also has smart features like a cup holder that you can use if baby faces you or not & an adjustable stroller handle (which my husband likes since he wants the handle to be taller). Great stroller!!
