Good alternative to bassinet

I bought this for our first child- works very well, sturdy, about the same height as our bed so its easy to peer in during the night and make sure he's OK but provides a nice barrier so I don't worry about rolling over in him. Easy to travel with and let's him sleep in a known spot when we go places. Pretty small to be a play area for when hes older though. Definitely worth the money.

Great Compact Bassinet

This worked great for my second son. We had a full sized pack n' play that we used as a bassinet with our first born and it was a pain to move around it in my bedroom. This one was just as sturdy and actually has an extra stage that allowed my son to remain in my bedroom for an extra 5 pounds. The extra 5 pounds was very important because my son is a BIG baby. The colors are pretty terrible, but the usefulness made up for the appearance. The padding is pretty stiff which isn't the most comfortable but it is probably safer that way. Queen and king size pillow cases work great as sheets.

Travel Lite Crib--Worth every penny

Nanni
I purchased a Travel lite Crib with Stages for my new grandson. Best buy ever. My son who immediately upon me presenting him with this gift was in total mode of rejecting it as unnecessay and waste of money. Now that he has it, he would not go visiting without it. It is simple to set up and as simple to pack away. It is small that is convenient to be placed anywhere and the baby is comfortable and safe and worry free. It has a convenient canopy to sheild the baby from the surrounding lights. If he is visiting overnight, it is an instant crib. In March, the family is going to Florida for a week, and guess what my know it all son is taking with him. The Travel Lite Crib with Stages, that he thought he didn't need and that was waste of good dollars. I guess, Nana has still some new and fresh purchasing savy.

Baby sleeps like an angel!

We currently have our 3-month-old sleeping in this in our bedroom. She would not sleep in the bassinet that we have, but sleeps wonderfully in this. I love that we can take it with us if we go somewhere overnight and she will be able to sleep in the same comfort that she does at home. It's also nice on my back to have the bassinet and not have to lean over so far to pick her up.

Decent

This is a decent product. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is bc I have found I can't use it extremely long for my children bc they are so tall, they don't fit comfortably in it after a few months. We use this as a bassinet in our room after our babies were born and for traveling when they are small, I would say6 months or younger. I like that it is smaller than a pack N play bc then it fits into our room nicely. I also like the stage s bc it's easier to get the newborns out of the elevated mattress. Basically it's a mini pack n play and has suited our needs just fine for two babies. The only negative comment I had was when I opened it to assemble mine had no mattress and two canopies, but I called and Graco sent me a replacement within a few days, and it made it in time before baby was born :-)

New parent friendly & easy. Great & economical especially when a new couple needs that easy access to have that precious new baby near in either the bedroom or in a common area. Keep an eye on baby as chores get done or a family just needs a safe place to put baby down to rest.

Good but room for improvement!

I got the Graco travel lite crib for a baby shower gift. I'm a single mom so I assembled it myself 9 months pregnant. So simple! It's nice and compact but seems roomy enough for her to grow into. The stages aspect is brilliant! Works great and is easy to adjust. I can pack it up small for travel which is a big bonus with all the other baby stuff I have to fit in the car. Improvements could be made by making the playpen easier to disassemble. The buttons and latches seem to catch frequently.

We purchased this instead of a bassinet and have loved it. Now that our baby has moved to a full size crib we have this small playpen to take with us for naps or sleeping in away from the house. Does not take up much room and easy to travel with.

Grandparents Playpen

We bought this (as grandparents) for our new grandson, to keep at our house. It was perfect when he was newborn, but he did seem to outgrow it, (even with the bassinet in the lower level), quite quickly. I'm happy to have it though, for future grandchildren. It's so quick to fold up, it's small unfolded and easy to roll around. Highly recommended for grandparents. I wouldn't give 5 stars because my daughter also bought it, and it became useless for her very quickly-too small.

Perfect for babysitting over night!

Our children are no longer babies. Although we often keep friends babies. We wanted something smaller than our Graco pack n go was. So,we got this one & love it! I was worried that even though it fit in our room better, the baby wouldn't have space to sleep & play comfortably. Although each baby who has used it,has proven me wrong & loves it. Just as our children did with their larger Graco pack n go. The only complaint I have is,we can't find any sheets to fit it. Why is this model the only one that a sheet won't fit? Please address this problem!

Excellent for our little one

This crib was great because we have a small master bedroom, so we used this when she was a newborn instead of a bulkier crib or bassinet. I still use it to keep her right outside the bathroom when I take a shower and I know she's safe (even at 7 months!). I also like how easy it is to roll around and pack up when we need to clean up. I also thought it might be too small for her to move around, but she finds ways to roll over and play while she's in it, which is an added bonus.

My husband and i purchased this item for the birth of our first child... this is what we have experienced
PROS:
- small size (fits in my bedroom with the rest of my furniture)
- wheels around from room to room
- fits young toddlers (as long as he/she doesn't climb out)
- folds up small for easy transport
CONS:
- very thin pad not comfortable after about 16 pounds
- hard to find sheets to fit the pad
Overall, we love this thing and will definitely use it for the next baby.

Good Crib- no sheets available

I like the travel lite crib. It is compact and easy to set up. I am having a problem with finding a sheet to fit the matress. Every one with previous children knows how dirty a pad can get without a cover. I have even took measurements of the pad and tried to get the closest fit, however the sheets are either too small or too big. I had a pack and play with my older child and it came with a sheet and you were able to buy replacement sheets for it. Why didn't this product have a sheet or the availability to find one to buy?
